Add half and half cream to shopping list 1 cup half and half cream

Add (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened to shopping list 2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened

Add small onion, chopped to shopping list 1 small onion, chopped

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Add prepared horseradish to shopping list 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

Add lemon juice to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Add fresh parsley, minced to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced

Add garlic salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Add onion salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

Add pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add 8-10 drops hot pepper sauce to shopping list 8-10 drops hot pepper sauce

Add (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed to shopping list 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

Add assorted crackers to shopping list assorted crackers

Directions:

In a saucepan, combine half and half, cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce . Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth.

Add the crab and heat through. Serve with crackers.
