Stuffing Meat Balls

Ingredients

Add ground beef to shopping list 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Add crushed seasoned stuffing mix to shopping list 2/3 cup crushed seasoned stuffing mix

Add vegetable oil to shopping list 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Add (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce to shopping list 1 jar (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Add Hot cooked pasta to shopping list Hot cooked pasta

Directions:

In a bowl, combine beef ands stuffing mix. Shape into 1-inch balls. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown meat balls in oil; drain. Return all meatballs to skillet; add spaghetti sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve over hot pasta.
