Add onion, chopped to shopping list 1 onion, chopped

Add celery, chopped to shopping list 1 stalk celery, chopped

Add ketchup to shopping list 1 cup ketchup

Add lemon juice to shopping list 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Add brown sugar to shopping list 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Add dry mustard to shopping list 2 tablespoons dry mustard

Add hamburger buns or kaiser rolls to shopping list hamburger buns or kaiser rolls

Directions:

Cook roast, oil, onion, celery, salt and pepper in pressure cooker according to pressure cooker specifications. Cook roast until very well done. Break apart with fork. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir until well mixed and heated through. Serve on buns.
